We work to build healthy communities by delivering care through our health centers, clinics and mobile health services.Position SummaryAll nursing practice is based on the legal scope of practice, national and specialty nursing standards, Children's National Policies and Procedures, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Professional Model of Care requires registered professional nurses to be responsible and accountable for their own practice. Children's National supports the development of RN relationships within the community; specifically, those relationships associated with the health and wellbeing of the community at large.Primary Care Anacostia is located at 2101 Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave SE, Washington, DC 20020. Their hours are Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu: 8 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.; Fri: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Second and fourth Sat of each month: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.Qualifications:Minimum EducationBSN Graduated from an approved school of nursing.
