Whether assigned to a project site or our head office, you'll gain hands-on exposure to every phase of construction operations, project controls, scheduling, estimating, subcontractor coordination, and field execution.If you're organized, driven, tech-savvy, and ready to grow into a Project Manager role, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoSupport Project Managers and Superintendents in the successful execution of heavy civil construction projectsAssist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, buyout, and project coordinationManage project controls and documentation using Procore:RFIsSubmittalsChange OrdersContracts & correspondenceDrawing revisions and project recordsTrack crew production, subcontractor performance, and project dataCoordinate subcontractor compliance and Procore utilization, including pay applicationsAssist with material deliveries, logistics coordination, and hauling record managementMaintain and manage project dashboards and reporting toolsGenerate accurate project status reports and updates for leadership teamsBuild strong relationships with owners, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsSupport preconstruction activities including estimating, planning, and schedulingHelp improve project workflows and contribute ideas that drive efficiency and performanceWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in:Civil EngineeringConstruction Managementor related field5+ years of construction industry experienceStrong proficiency with Procore and project controlsOSHA 10 Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days — provided by Central Civil)Preferred SkillsExperience with heavy civil construction projectsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-starter mentality with a strong work ethicAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with:AutoCADBluebeamPlanGridPrimavera P6HCSSHard DollarProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Why Join Central Civil?Work on impactful infrastructure projects throughout South FloridaClear path for advancement into Project Management leadershipExposure to both field operations and executive-level project managementCollaborative team environment with experienced mentorsOpportunity to grow your technical and leadership skillsStable pipeline of high-profile civil construction projectsIdeal CandidateYou're ambitious, dependable, and eager to grow in the heavy civil industry.
