Whether assigned to a project site or our head office, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to every phase of construction operations, project controls, scheduling, estimating, subcontractor coordination, and field execution.If you’re organized, driven, tech-savvy, and ready to grow into a Project Manager role, we want to hear from you.What You’ll DoSupport Project Managers and Superintendents in the successful execution of heavy civil construction projects Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, buyout, and project coordination Manage project controls and documentation using Procore: RFIs Submittals Change Orders Contracts & correspondence Drawing revisions and project records Track crew production, subcontractor performance, and project data Coordinate subcontractor compliance and Procore utilization, including pay applications Assist with material deliveries, logistics coordination, and hauling record management Maintain and manage project dashboards and reporting tools Generate accurate project status reports and updates for leadership teams Build strong relationships with owners, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Support preconstruction activities including estimating, planning, and scheduling Help improve project workflows and contribute ideas that drive efficiency and performance What We’re Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in: Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field 5+ years of construction industry experience Strong proficiency with Procore and project controls OSHA 10 Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days — provided by Central Civil) Preferred SkillsExperience with heavy civil construction projects Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with: AutoCAD Bluebeam PlanGrid Primavera P6 HCSS Hard Dollar Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Why Join Central Civil?Work on impactful infrastructure projects throughout South Florida Clear path for advancement into Project Management leadership Exposure to both field operations and executive-level project management Collaborative team environment with experienced mentors Opportunity to grow your technical and leadership skills Stable pipeline of high-profile civil construction projects Ideal CandidateYou’re ambitious, dependable, and eager to grow in the heavy civil industry.
