This role is expected to ensure work is performed safely, according to plans, on schedule and within contract compliance, quality standards and regulatory requirements.We seek a qualified candidate that will not just supplement but complement our already exceptional field team with a collaborative attitude and proactive nature.Key Performance Outcomes:Accuracy drivenCommitment to scheduling coordination and timeline managementVersatility in simultaneous management of various scopes and projectsGood natured, collaborative, accessible and optimisticKey Objectives:Support daily on-site construction operations and subcontractor coordinationAssist with schedule, planning, inspections and trackingEnforce safety programs and compliance aligned with OSHA and project-specific requirementsEnsure quality controlCoordinate material deliveries/logisticsIdentify field concerns, pivot when necessary, and communicate delays to direct reportMaintain reporting, track daily logs and required documentationQualifications:3-5 years of related 'General Contracting' experience balancing multiple projects with a concentration in government/commercial sectorBS Degree is preferredKnowledge of means and methods, safety regulations, and quality control practicesProficiency with basic construction documentation and reporting toolsCurrent OSHA 30, 1st Aid and CPR credentials*If not available, must be obtained within 30 days of employmentPreferred:Experience in commercial and/or government construction projectsExperience in supervision of workforce and subcontractorsCompetency in interpreting and preparing construction schedulesBS Degree in either Construction/Engineering/ArchitectureProficiency with MS Office/Projects and current/existing PM software (Adobe/AutoCad/Bluebeam/RedTeam)Note:This description does not cover all responsibilities or requirements of the role.
