Assistant General Manager

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to support the daily operation of a high‑volume industrial manufacturing plant. This role helps ensure the facility runs safely, efficiently, and reliably while supporting production teams and maintaining overall plant readiness.What you’ll doOversee day‑to‑day facility operations, including production flow, equipment use, and general plant activity.Support frontline supervisors and ensure teams understand daily priorities and expectations.Monitor safety practices, enforce compliance standards, and participate in incident follow‑up.Assist with scheduling staff, coordinating resources, and managing workflow to reduce downtime.Partner with maintenance to support equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep.Help manage reporting, KPIs, and operational updates to support leadership decision-making.Promote a positive, safety‑focused, and solutions‑oriented work culture.What you’ll need to succeed5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.Proven leadership experience overseeing teams in a fast‑paced setting.Strong understanding of plant operations, equipment flow, and safety standards.Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.Comfortable using basic reporting tools and MS Office; exposure to ERP systems is a plus.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage.What you'll get in return Attractive compensation package with full benefits and PTOOpportunity to lead and influence key operational areasLong‑term career development and mentorshipWhat you should do nowClick \"apply\" now.
