The candidate should be comfortable leading projects from $15M to $100M and show ambition to grow within the company to leadership roles. This growing meritocratic GC is looking for project managers producing work to the highest standards interested in an accelerated growth opportunity offering a transition to an SPM role within 8-12 months as they grow in the region. Key ResponsibilitiesLeading engagement with subcontractorsAssist the senior team with strategy, SchedulingControl risk and risk factorsSite visits to support field/Junior team membersManage relationships with existing and new clientsEnsure estimates reflect the requirements of a projectMaintain documentation, reports, and project recordsManage and monitor project schedules Key Role Requirements3+ years as a PM or related roles in the construction industryExperience across leading mid-sized K-12/ Municipal Projects up to $50MHard working and demonstrate ambition to grow within a companyExcellent communication, decision-making and organizational abilitiesOSHA 30 preferred
