You’ll oversee every phase—from inception to delivery—ensuring results that align with our commitment to excellence.Your responsibilities will include:Leadership & Team Development: Build and guide cohesive project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and clarity of objectives.Project Oversight: Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and profitable completion.Financial Control: Take ownership of project budgets, change orders, billing, and revenue goals to drive profitability.Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, trade partners, and subcontractors, nurturing trust and communication.Quality & Safety Compliance: Uphold Fortitude’s high standards for safety and craftsmanship while maintaining strict quality control measures.Who You AreWe’re looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
