Role Description Stonte Builders is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee construction projects on-site at our Richmond, VA location. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, expediting workflows, inspecting project sites for quality assurance, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Project Manager will also monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and managing project executionStrong skills in Expediting and managing task workflowsProficiency in conducting Inspections for quality control and regulatory complianceExperience in Logistics Management, including organization of materials, resources, and timelinesExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple prioritiesBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredProficiency in relevant project management and scheduling software is an advantage
