We are currently seeking a Remote Training Coordinator / eLearning Content Developer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality training programs to our clients.Job Description:As the Remote Training Coordinator / eLearning Content Developer, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing eLearning content for our sports training programs. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from anywhere.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to develop eLearning content for our sports training programsCoordinate and manage the production of eLearning materials, including video tutorials, interactive modules, and assessmentsEnsure that all eLearning content is engaging, informative, and meets the needs of our clientsUtilize the latest eLearning tools and technologies to create dynamic and interactive learning experiencesDevelop and maintain training schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of eLearning contentMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of eLearning programs and make recommendations for improvementsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eLearning and training developmentProvide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using our eLearning platformCollaborate with the marketing team to promote and market our eLearning programs to potential clientsQualifications:Associates or Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a related fieldExperience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similarStrong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPassion for sports and knowledge of sports training techniques and methodologiesAbility to work independently and remotelyFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plusWhy Work for Evolution Sports Group?Competitive salary and benefits packageFlexible work schedule and the ability to work from anywhereOpportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate teamAccess to the latest technology and tools for eLearning developmentOpportunity for growth and advancement within the companyIf you are a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for sports and eLearning, we want to hear from you!
