Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver tailored end-user training programs for Salesforce and AWS implementations
Facilitate virtual and live training sessions, providing hands-on coaching and support
Conduct needs analysis to customize training content and develop engaging training materialsRequired Qualifications2-3+ years of experience in designing and delivering Salesforce and/or AWS training
Deep familiarity with Salesforce core clouds and AWS solutions
Experience with video editing tools and curriculum development tools
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Relevant Salesforce or AWS certifications preferred
