Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $2,592 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Block schedule with on-call requirements every 4 weeks (nights and weekends only) • One RTO (Request Time Off) allowed per contract • Circulate in General OR with preferred experience in ENT, Gyn, Neuro, Ortho, Spine, Plastics, Robotics, Urology, and Vascular • Patient ratio of 1:1 for all shifts • Float to different units as needed • 24 hours of orientation required • 15 operating rooms with daily census of 50 • Care for patients of all age groups: infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS • EPIC charting system experience required • 2 years of experience required with travel experience mandatory • License in hand or compact state license required at submission • Must be more than 75 miles from facility to be eligible as traveler • Scrubs provided by facility • 2 references required • Background checks accepted with explanation for some issues • Complete modules during orientation (non-billable, approximately 2 hours) Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive surgical facility with 300 beds and 15 operating rooms.
