Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense LitigationLocation: White Plains, NY (100% in-office)Experience: 5+ YearsSalary: Commensurate with experienceA well-established and highly regarded insurance defense litigation firm located in the heart of White Plains are currently seeking a disciplined, trial-ready Associate Attorney to join their growing team.This is a full-time, in-person position for an experienced litigator capable of hit-the-ground-running. You will have full autonomy over a dedicated caseload of 60–65 active files, managing matters from initial inception through to trial or final disposition.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting and arguing complex motions and appeals.Conducting and defending depositions of parties, experts and medical professionals.Representing clients in court appearances, mediations and arbitrations.Developing and executing comprehensive litigation strategies.Providing regular, detailed reporting to insurance carriers and clients.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of dedicated insurance defense litigation experience.Must be admitted to practice in the State of New York (New Jersey admission is a plus).Proven track record of managing a high-volume caseload independently. Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills are essential.This role requires a consistent, 5-day-a-week physical presence in their White Plains office.
