Upstate New York Primary Care A leading regional health system is seeking a full-time or part time Family Medicine Physician for their upstate New York group. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support. Their Group offers a full range of health care services for the entire family, including: routine pediatric exams (well-baby and well-child checkups, school, camp and sports physicals); adolescent medicine; routine adult and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance); care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; and preventive immunizations and precautionary inoculations, as well as cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle. HIGHLIGHTS: Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage Physician governed organization with physician led JOC Option for flexible schedule 3, 4, or 5 day work week APP Collaboration which provides an additional source of compensation Opportunities for teaching (1 st year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students) Opportunity for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work are available if interested.
