What you will be doing:Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and establish accurate diagnoses.Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.Offer both individual and group therapy sessions.Provide immediate crisis intervention and coordinate referrals to additional services.Maintain precise, confidential records documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes.Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.Perform additional duties as required to support the facility's mental health program. What you must have:Licensure: Active LMFT license in California (newly licensed professionals are encouraged to apply).Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
