A well-known financial services company is seeking Administrative Support professionals to join its Asset & Wealth Management Leadership Assistant (Shared) team. This is a contract role supporting senior leaders in a shared, team-based model and requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)Pay Rate: $29/hourContract Duration: 6 months+Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support in a team-oriented environment, with flexibility to support varying teams and provide coverage as neededAssist with coordination of domestic and international travel and process a high volume of expense reports and invoices in a timely and compliant mannerArrange internal and client meetings on-site and off-site, including conference room booking, catering coordination, guest registration, and material preparationSupport calendar management across multiple time zones, prioritizing meeting requests and coordinating phone, video, and in-person meetingsAssist with answering incoming phone calls, taking accurate and detailed messages while interacting professionally with senior leaders and clientsPerform general administrative duties including invoice submissions, time entry, copying, scanning, filing, mailing, archiving, and ad hoc projectsHandle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalismAct as an integral member of the shared support team, maintaining awareness of current priorities and support needsAdhere to compliance requirements and obtain necessary approvalsSkills & Qualifications:Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive informationExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with assistant teams locally and globallyAbility to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficientlyStrong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presenceComfortable providing remote support to executives and teams across multiple locationsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsQuick learner and self-starter with strong anticipation and follow-up skillsProactive problem-solver with the ability to work independentlyHigh degree of integrity, professionalism, and diplomacyProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ZoomFamiliarity with expense platforms such as SAP ConcurPositive, team-oriented attitudePlease submit your resume in Word format for immediate consideration!You can use www.workgrades.com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
