At ManTech International Corporation, you'll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist - Channels, Partnerships, Events to join our team in the Herndon, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our internal organization.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Serves as an internal consultant regarding staffing needs and projections, and working with channels, partnerships, and events team to develop solutionsDevelops and executes effective attraction, engagement and recruitment strategies to identify top talent for various positions within the organizationSources and screens candidates through various channels, including professional organizations, universities, transitioning military organizations, corporate alumni, job boards, social media and employee referralsSupports and plans internal programs for hires which may include the internship program, ERG programs, and others as identified Maintains and engages a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needsEnsures a positive candidate experience including the promotion of the employee value proposition Continually seeks to enhance the process and events to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and outcomes that impact hiring Makes employment recommendations based on information developed through pre-screens, interviews, reference checks, applications, and resumes, insuring the compensation offer is competitive, internally equitable, and affordableCoordinates and actively participates in the selection of the final candidatesNegotiates and extends offers on behalf of ManTechPartners with talent acquisition colleagues and hiring managers to act as a business partner within the divisionEnsures all phases of the recruiting process are conducted in accordance with ManTechs Ethics, Legal and Human Resources policiesEnsures that ManTech's internal applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are disposition according to OFCCP guidelines; internal candidates are disposition and contacted appropriately; and, interview reports are completed accuratelyRuns queries of automated system and provides information to management as requestedCoordinates, plans and participates in eventsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in a related business discipline or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degreeTwo or more years of experience with full life-cycle recruitingTwo or more years of experience sourcing through channels, partnerships or universitiesAbility to travel at least 50% of the time, including attending local or regional eventsPreferred Qualifications:One or more years of experience within the cleared government contracting environmentOne or more years of experience performing advanced Boolean searching for highly cleared staffOne or more years of experience partnering with business leaders to define recruiting requirements and assist with staffing plansOne or more years of experience mapping government labor categories to internal organizations categoriesKnowledge and ability to follow OFCCP guidelinesPhysical requirements:Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the timeMust be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with colleaguesConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computerFor all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
