Talent Acquisition Partner - RCM
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with RCM experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process
Manage a high volume of positions, conducting candidate phone screens and overseeing interview scheduling
Build and maintain candidate pipelines and manage communication throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Up to four years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience required, depending on level
Prior experience with global recruitment and cloud-based applicant tracking systems preferred
Experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management (RCM) preferred
Experience working with consultant agencies preferred
