Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Job DescriptionSeeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team. This company does ground up projects ranging from $2M-$40M.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the construction project from pre-construction through project completionCoordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of the projectManage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in placeMonitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project timelines are metMaintain a safe and clean work environmentEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and building codesRegularly communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsRequirements:5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction SuperintendentStrong leadership skills and ability to manage a teamExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of construction safety regulations and building codesAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsProficient in Microsoft Office and construction management softwareThey offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
