You will maintain and grow customer relations, develop sales strategies, define and execute KPIs, promote marketing campaigns, train & educate staff, and work to help our customers grow their businesses along with us.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead a team that offers the best customer service in our industry.Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales goals.Recruit, train and motive a team of customer representatives to maximize performance.Grow and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Work closely with branch operations to better serve customer’s needs and align on company goals.Work closely with marketing department to execute marketing and promotional campaigns.Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.Skills and RequirementsProven experience in a sales management position.Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience using a CRM to manage interactions, improve customer service, track leads and build long-term relationships.Experience using a business intelligence tool or data analytics to define and drive sales strategies.Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.Outside sales experience is necessary.
