Growth Operator (AI Startup)

An AI SaaS Client is looking for a hands-on Growth Operator (AI Startup) to help launch and scale a consumer AI product in the US market. The product is already live within the ChatGPT ecosystem, and we're looking for someone to drive adoption, user growth, and product-market fit among everyday American consumers.This is a hands-on role for someone who can test quickly, execute independently, and build traction from the ground up.Employment Type: Full-time (Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion)RequirementsResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a US go-to-market strategy for a consumer AI productDrive user acquisition across organic, community, referral, creator, and paid channelsImprove onboarding, activation, and retention flowsAnalyse user behaviour and optimise conversion funnelsCreate positioning and messaging for mainstream US usersBuild launch strategies across the ChatGPT App ecosystem, Product Hunt, Reddit, TikTok, etcPresent actionable growth ideas directly to leadershipOwn first-user traction and ongoing growth metricsRequirementsExperience growing a B2C, app, or self-serve SaaS productStrong execution mindset with measurable user growth resultsAbility to turn ideas into action quicklyComfortable in lean startup teamsStrong understanding of US consumer behaviorAI / app growth / Product Hunt experience is a plus
