TEMPS ARE GOOD FOR 120 DAYS Must be ABEM & ABEM eligible Physicians, if requested for Moderate Sedation, need an ACLS certification always and PALS only if PEDS Boarded and have requesting Moderate Sedation Submission Requirements: Must have NJ license and DEA at time of presentation Must have clean file Must submit EPA and if any yes questions, send NPDB A complete file is needed to grant temporary privileges.
