Facilities Maintenance WorkerLocation: Brentwood Facility (St. Louis, MO)Not sure what skills you will need for this opportunity Simply read the full description below to get a complete picture of candidate requirements.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMStarting Salary: $20 -22/hr, depending on experience (DOE)Position Summary:The Facilities Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and operational reliability of the Brentwood facility. This includes routine cleaning, repairs, general maintenance, and support for facility operations to keep the environment safe, efficient, and fully functional. Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Organize, clean, and maintain facility spaces, including offices, labs, hallways, and common areasPerform general repairs, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and basic mechanical troubleshootingSupport routine and preventative maintenance for facility equipment and building systemsIdentify and promptly address maintenance needs and report more serious issues as neededAssist with setup and breakdown for company events and facility functionsSafely operate hand and power tools, cleaning equipment, and maintenance toolsRegularly lift and move heavy items (over 50 lbs) for extended periods, as required by tasksCollaborate with facility management and team members to maintain a safe and organized work environmentRespond promptly to requests or emergencies within the facilitySupport HVAC maintenance and minor repairs as needed (HVAC knowledge preferred)Complete documentation for work performed and maintain organized records of maintenance activitiesQualifications:Prior experience in facility maintenance, custodial work, or building operations is requiredKnowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systemsExperience with HVAC maintenance considered a strong plusAbility to organize work tasks and maintain a clean, orderly workspaceComfortable with lifting 50+ lbs for multiple hours a day if neededPunctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a teamGood communication skills, with a customer-service attitudeHigh school diploma or GED requiredMust be legally eligible to work in the United StatesPhysical Requirements:Capable of standing, bending, and walking for extended shiftsAble to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) and operate machinery and tools#STARMOPandoLogic. xevrcyc Category:Building Maintenance, Keywords:Building Maintenance Worker, Location:St. Louis, MO-63110
