Quality Control Manager

Job Title: Quality Control Manager Location: Gatlinburg, TN Job Type: 1-Year Project, Full-Time Company Overview: V. Pavkov Contracting is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to oversee and manage quality control procedures for an exciting project in Gatlinburg, TN. This is a 1-year project with competitive compensation. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about quality assurance and has proven experience in army corps of engineers 3 phase Quality Control Plan. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards. A plus is an individual who is familiar working on government projects. Monitor and audit all aspects of the project to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Work closely with project teams to identify and resolve any issues related to quality. Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and records to support the project’s quality goals. Train and guide staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Report directly to the project management team on all quality-related matters. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 year of experience in Quality Control Management (QCM). Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to quality control. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Must reside or be close by the Gatlinburg, TN area.
