Job Title: Case Manager RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 3 years of experience as a Case Manager in an outpatient clinic or working in an acute hospital setting. License: Must hold an active MD license. Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Must have medical inpatient experience. - Must have experience with care coordination, discharge planning, needs assessment, and ordering DME. Description: Case Manager RN position available for days, Monday through Friday. The shift is from 08:30 to 17:00. There are no on-call or weekend requirements, but travelers can pick up weekend shifts if desired and available. The role may require floating throughout patient units as necessary. Candidates must possess a valid Maryland license and BLS certification. Experience in care coordination and discharge planning is essential. Familiarity with CMS guidelines and HIPAA regulations is required. Flu vaccination is mandatory for all employees.
