License: Must hold an active MD license. Description: Case Manager RN position available for days, Monday through Friday. The shift is from 08:30 to 17:00. There are no on-call or weekend requirements, but travelers can pick up weekend shifts if desired and available. The role may require floating throughout patient units as necessary. Candidates must possess a valid Maryland license and BLS certification. Experience in care coordination and discharge planning is essential. Familiarity with CMS guidelines and HIPAA regulations is required. Flu vaccination is mandatory for all employees. Two supervisor references are necessary for submission.
