As a key leader in the organization, you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency of facilities and equipment.ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as neededDevelop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to optimize productivityConduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address issuesPlan and oversee preventive maintenance schedulesMaintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activitiesCoordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or servicesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all timesMonitor and manage maintenance budgets and resourcesRequirementsProven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of maintenance processes and health & safety regulationsExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong problem-solving and organizational abilitiesAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust be available for on-call duties and emergencies as required
