As demand for clean transportation accelerates, we are expanding our team to support increased production, innovation, and deployment.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within our EV charger manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget-while ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for product development, manufacturing, and deployment initiativesDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocationsCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and qualityIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on trackMonitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadershipManage vendor relationships and external partners as neededEnsure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards in EV infrastructureDrive continuous improvement in project management processes and operational efficiencyQualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (PMP certification preferred)5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environmentsExperience in EV, automotive, electronics, or energy sectors strongly preferredProven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projectsStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar)Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain coordination, and product lifecycle managementWhat We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement)Opportunity to work in a high-growth, future-focused industryCollaborative and innovative work environment
