CW Program Manager

Description:TMNA (Toyota Motors North America) Vehicle Security Testing team is building a tool to support the testing of vehicles and components. The team seeks to revolutionize their work domain by applying technologies not previously used in this way.A lean team of experts needs help staying organized and well-aligned.Team Environment:• Product Owner, also serving as Lead Architecto Product Owner is responsible for quality of delivery and purity of technical vision• This role, Project Manager, would sit alongside Product Ownero Project Manager is responsible for timeliness of delivery and managing risks including those affecting individual members of the team• Additional technical domain leads report to Lead Architect/PO for technical direction• Team has more than 7 engineers• Operation is hybrid AgileResponsibilities:• Owns project timeline and is responsible for team's delivery against that timeline• Ensure alignment of team members and forward progress• Runs focused meetings for the team, including daily standup• Assesses project risk potentials and discover potential problems before they occur• Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties• Applies a proactive approach in routinely tracking the project participant progress against project goals• Leads and teaches the use of good project management practices• Manages relationships with, and delivery by, vendors and/or suppliers• Analyzes financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data, and recommending actions• Provides project status to Senior Leadership teamRequirements:Qualifications:• 5+ years experience in an IT project management role• 5+ years managing direct reports• Agile/scrum expertise• Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals• PMP certificate preferred, Six Sigma a plus• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams and Outlook• Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to tell data-driven stories in a meaningful way and influence a variety of audiences from analyst to executive level• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to project completion through effective communication and relationship building
