This role is responsible for scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with codes and specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of assigned projects from NTP through closeoutOwn project forecasting, cost analysis, and margin protectionManage budgets, buyouts, and cost tracking (CTC/CAC)Build and maintain project schedules and manpower forecastsLead recovery plans when neededManage change orders (pricing, submission, tracking)Enforce safety plans and lead jobsite safety effortsConduct weekly jobsite audits and ensure corrective actionsRecruit, mentor, and develop field leaders and team membersSupport business development through client relationshipsLead weekly control meetings and participate in operational reviews3+ years of project management experience (construction or electrical)Strong understanding of construction workflows and jobsite operationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and electrical plansExperience managing schedules, budgets, and crewsProficiency with project management softwarePreferredElectrical background or licensed electrician experiencePMP or construction-related certificationsExperience in commercial or industrial projectsQualificationsBenefitsCompetitive payHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysCompany vehicle or allowance (if applicable)Performance-based bonusesCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesEqual Opportunity EmployerVeracity Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on protected characteristics.
