Together, we form a team of compassionate individuals dedicated to purposeful work.Care to join us and make a real impact?Job TitleRegional Manager - Infant Care - Northeast USJob OverviewThe Regional Manager role presents a significant opportunity for growth and development, as you will be leading a team of Infant Care Specialists in the Northeast US (including NY, NJ, PA, DE, CT, RI, MA, VT, ME, MI, and northern OH) and collaborating work with our independent Infant Care Dealer representative network as well as our adult respiratory sales team and counterparts. This position manages the region's infant care sales activity and infant care team to promote the Fisher & Paykel Healthcare brand and clinical messages and exceed the region's sales targets.The Regional Manager-Infant Care - Northeast US is responsible for the following performance outcomes:Leading and managing a team of Infant Care Specialists to ensure high performance and motivation to work with Infant Care Dealers (where applicable) and collaborate with RAC sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.Lead and guide Infant Care Dealers and Infant Care Specialists on messaging and technical expertise of infant care products.Providing input into the national sales plan to address market conditions and achieve sales targets.Develop and oversee the implementation of sales plans for the region to achieve sales targetsConduct regular field visits with the sales team to evaluate their performance, interact with dealers/RAC team members, and provide coaching and development to team members.Review and authorize sales proposals and cost models to ensure economic returns for Fisher & Paykel and its customers.Manage customer relationships to ensure Fisher & Paykel quality processes are followed and to maximize customer relationships.Review and authorize sales team expenses to ensure compliance and achievement of the business planPrepare management reports to advise management on the progress against the regional sales plan and to identify competitor activity.Qualifications and Experience Required:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales leadership, sales training, or a senior sales representative roleBachelor's degree preferredProven ability to lead, motivate, and influence a sales team (preferred)Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partnersWorking knowledge of competitor products, market dynamics, and business strategiesUnderstanding of relevant markets and associated clinical requirementsExcellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsTraining and coaching experience preferredExperience managing a multi-state or large geographic sales territory preferredCandidates must reside within the region and near a major airport to support travel requirementSalary RangeThe anticipated salary range (including base and bonus) for candidates is $180,000-$200,000 OTE.
