Secretary / Scheduler
American Steel Carports is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team until April 2025. Responsibilities:
Perform general office administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Manage incoming phone calls and greet walk-in customers with a professional demeanor.
Schedule installations and contact customers for follow-up and satisfaction surveys.
Maintain accurate records by counting, scanning, and filing documents.
Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and posting account activities.
Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn company-specific software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A responsible, mature attitude towards work with a focus on reliability and dedication.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
