Under the direction of a Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician performs pharmacy-related functions, in compliance with department policies and procedures that provide optimal pharmaceutical care.High School graduate or the equivalent is required. Additional clinical course work or training is preferred. Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician is required. Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Certification is required within 18 months of hire. One year of related work experience is required; three years is preferred. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
