Improve performance.Job SnapshotThis role exists to support the execution of high-performing ad creatives across multiple e-commerce brands.You will focus on generating ideas, writing briefs, and contributing to creative testingâhelping the team increase output and improve performance through structured execution.This is an execution-focused role.You are part of a system designed to produce winning ads at scale.About the CompanyWe operate and scale direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands using performance marketing systems.We focus on:Paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok)High-volume creative testingEmail and retention systemsData-driven scalingWe win through execution speed and creative output.The Role OverviewThis role exists to support creative production and testing so that more high-quality ad variations are launched consistently which leads to improved campaign performance.You will work within an established systemâcontributing ideas, executing briefs, and iterating based on data.Responsibilities (Execution-Focused)You will be responsible for:Conducting competitor research and market researchExtracting insights and learnings from winning adsGenerating creative angles, concepts, and ideasWriting ad hooks, scripts, and briefs (including VSL-style ads)Collaborating with editors and reviewing creative outputsIterating on ideas based on performance and feedbackWhat Success Looks LikeYouâre succeeding in this role when:You consistently produce ~15 high-quality briefs per week (including research and revisions)Your ideas are clear, testable, and aligned with direct response principlesYou contribute to finding winning angles and improving ad performanceYou actively improve through feedback, iteration, and learningYou keep up with the teamâs speed and output expectationsâ
Required ExperienceSeniority Level: Early-career to Mid We're looking for someone ambitious and hands-on â early in their career but already with real DTC experience. Someone with fire, ready to grow fast in a high-output environment. Not a fit for senior strategists looking for a slower pace.You should have:Experience working with e-commerce brands (DTC preferred)Understanding of direct response marketing and psychologyAbility to write ad copy, hooks, and basic VSL-style scriptsExperience with creative strategy, ideation, or ad conceptsStrong willingness to learn, improve, and iterate quicklyImportant:We are NOT looking for brand-style or organic-focused creatives (e.g., Duolingo-style social content, TikTok organic trends, aesthetic brand campaigns). This role is 100% focused on direct response, conversion-driven advertising.
