The team is highly results-driven, fast-paced, and focused on producing high-impact creative that drives revenue. You will work alongside experienced creatives, growth managers, and editors in a culture that values speed, ownership, and sharp thinking. You are expected to operate independently and contribute at a high level.What You’ll Be DoingGenerate daily creative concepts and angles for multiple DTC brands.Write high-converting ad copy and scripts for paid social.Develop clear and actionable creative briefs for video editors.Analyze performance data and iterate quickly to improve results.Research competitors and trends using tools like Meta Ads Library.Collaborate with creative, growth, and production teams to align strategy and execution.RequirementsProven track record creating content that drives online sales for DTC brands.Strong direct response copywriting skills.Deep understanding of consumer psychology and performance creative.Experience using AI tools like Claude for ideation, research, and scripting.Ability to produce high volumes of creative without sacrificing quality.Strong judgment to evaluate what makes an ad perform or fail.Nice to HaveExperience working at a DTC brand or performance marketing agency.Background in creative production or video editing.Familiarity with image generation tools like Nano Banana.BenefitsCompetitive USD salary.100% remote work.Flexible Paid Time Off.Christmas Week Off.Uncapped performance bonus.Notes:*You are applying to work with an international company.
