We hire for impact-ownership, initiative, hustle, execution.What You'll DoSource off-market sites via cold calls, direct outreach, and broker/owner relationshipsMaintain a tight follow-up cadence and clean CRM pipeline (calls, meetings, tours, next steps)Drive trade areas; evaluate visibility, access, co-tenancy; deliver pre/post-tour reportsAnalyze zoning, comps, demographics, and tenant fit; support underwritingDraft and submit offers; track status; prepare memos, updates, and presentationsRepresent the brand at industry events; expand relationships that create deal flowOutcomes & KPIsQualified off-market pipeline that converts to actionable dealsHigh-quality tours that produce offersAccurate, on-time analysis supporting underwritingRepeat/Referral relationships from brokers/ownersWeekly/monthly KPIs hit for outreach, tours, lead submissions, and meetings Midwest or Southeast based, preferred for traveling locations; Extensive travel required, company paid travel.Bachelor's in real estate, business, finance (or similar)1-3 years in commercial acquisitions, brokerage, leasing, and commercial real estate (retail preferred)Proven cold-caller and deal hunter; disciplined follow-upWorking knowledge of zoning, site planning, and pro forma mechanicsCrisp communication; concise writing; professional presenceProficiency in Excel, CRM, and PM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Monday.com)Valid driver's license; willing and able to travel extensivelySelf-starter who thrives with limited structure and high accountability Base salary: $65,400+ (DOE) + performance bonusEmployer travel expenses fully coveredExposure to all phases of retail developmentDirect access to leadership and decisionsReal growth in a fast-scaling companyPTO, paid holidays, medical benefits
