We specialize in securing talent across construction, infrastructure, and power transmission and distribution roles, delivering a fast, simple, and candidate-first hiring experience.Role DescriptionResponsible for the overall management and delivery of power transmission and distribution projects, ensuring successful execution from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.Oversees project scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality while leading multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and utility stakeholders. Ensures projects are delivered in compliance with technical specifications, contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and company objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of transmission and distribution projects, including substations, overhead lines, and underground cable systems.Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and commercial performance.Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities across all project phases.Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for project alignment.Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, and progress reporting.Manage project risks, change orders, and issue resolution.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Lead client and utility stakeholder communication and project meetings.Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress through completion.Oversee project closeout, including testing, documentation, and commissioning sign-off.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.5+ years of experience in power transmission and distribution, utilities, or heavy infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of construction methods, electrical systems, and project delivery processes.Experience with project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
