Job Description:Manage MEP scope from preconstruction through commissioningOversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, and vendor coordinationLead constructability reviews and technical planningCoordinate MEP trades and align schedules with field teamsTrack MEP budgets, costs, and change ordersSupport commissioning readiness and system turnoverCollaborate with controls, field, and commercial teamsRequirements:8–15+ years of MEP project management experienceStrong HVAC and mechanical systems understandingExperience with large-scale or mission-critical constructionProficiency with construction management tools and reporting
