Sales Regional Manager

Job Summary As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales team within a specified geographic region. You will develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Duties - Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base in the region - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends - Build strong relationships with key customers and partners - Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure the team meets or exceeds goals - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales management Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Knowledge of various sales techniques and pipelines, including B2B, retail, direct, and technology sales - Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for tracking sales activities - Ability to travel within the region as needed - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Experience: Sales: 1 year (Required) Leadership: 1 year (Required) Negotiation: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
