The institution is committed to professionalism and career readiness across all campuses. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Esthetics Instructor at our Dallas, TX campus. The Esthetics Instructor will educate and mentor students in foundational and advanced skin care techniques, administer hands-on training in compliance with curriculum standards, and assess student progress. Additional responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, supporting career readiness initiatives, and maintaining a positive and professional learning environment. Qualifications Strong expertise in Skin Care and Cosmetology with professional or instructional experienceTeaching and Curriculum Development skills, with the ability to create engaging educational experiencesExperience in Training and guiding aspiring professionals to achieve their career goalsExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsActive Instructor License and Esthetician or Cosmetology License as per state requirementsPassion for education and empowering future beauty industry professionalsFamiliarity with advanced skincare technologies, including AI-powered skin analysis, is a plus
