PRACTICE SPECIFICS Our ideal candidate is a motivated, team-player that is interested in helping us build a combined FP & OB/GYN team to cover needs at our Virginia, MN, regional, medical complex Team-based, outpatient clinical practice Hospitalists cover inpatient - open to following own patients (if desired) NP/PA partnership in practice Approximately 250 births (annually) Recent Baby Friendly designation for Hospital Remote fetal monitoring & OB s will provide back up for C sections Market leading pay & relocation offered. Substantial benefit package, minimum of 6 weeks off per year On-site Chronic Disease Management nursing support Nurse Online Triage 24/7 Multi-specialty clinic includes: 3 Family Medicine with 6 advanced practitioners with Integrated Behavioral Health, Anesthesiology, Dermatology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Occupational Medicine, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Orthopedics, Consultative Pediatrics, General Surgery, and visiting specialties Clinic, includes: laboratory, radiology, retail pharmacy and optical shop, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, Cancer Center, Regional Heart Center with CHF clinic, and warfarin clinic Admit to adjacent Hospital: 83 beds, 7 Pediatric beds, Level I Nursery, Level IV Trauma center and certified Stroke Ready facility Call required EPIC integrated REQUIREMENTS
