This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and bringing clarity to a fastgrowing organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage monthend and yearend close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting packages.Oversee AP/AR functions, general ledger maintenance, and cash management workflows.Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports for leadership.Collaborate with operations, HR, and development teams to ensure cohesive financial processes across all units.Implement and maintain internal controls that support a scalable and compliant financial environment.Support annual audits, budgeting cycles, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.Serve as a resource and mentor to accounting staff.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Yardi experience is required candidates without Yardi will not be considered.5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior, lead, or supervisory role.Strong understanding of GAAP and multientity accounting.Experience in servicebased, multilocation, franchise, real estate, childcare, or similar industries is highly preferred.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, growthoriented environment.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary up to $100K, commensurate with experienceAnnual performance bonusComprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and advancement#LI-BK1 #INMAR2026 EB-1696071176
