Key responsibilities for the CFO at the company include leading the finance team, managing internal controls, and serving as the primary contact for external auditors. The role also requires the evaluation and improvement of financial systems, as well as the ability to mentor the finance team and partner with leadership on growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and presenting to executive leadership and boards. While a CPA or advanced degree is beneficial, it is not required.
