Join our team as a Metal Laminator, where you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality composite parts for our company. As a Metal Laminator, you will follow precise work instructions, maintain tools, and ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency in production.Pay Rate:$18.00-$19.00 per hourRequired Skills:Proficiency in composite layup techniques such as Carbon Pre-Preg, Carbon Fibers, Kevlar layup, Fiberglass, and Hand LayupAbility to trim excess materials accurately using hand shears or trimming knivesExperience in checking finished products for adherence to specifications and quality standardsKnowledge of recording production data and maintaining logsStrong commitment to safety practices and adherence to company guidelinesNice to Have Skills:Familiarity with 5S methodology for workplace organizationPrevious experience in repairing defective products rejected during inspectionUnderstanding of FOD (Foreign Object Debris) and Tool Control practicesPreferred Education and Experience:High School diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in metal lamination or composite part fabricationOther Requirements:Willingness to participate in internal training programs as neededFlexibility to perform re-work tasks and additional duties as assignedJoin our team at Malone Workforce Solutions, where equal opportunity and a commitment to excellence are at the heart of our operations.2000037To Apply for this Job Click Here
