Job Title: Production Associate (Contract)Job DescriptionThis contract Production Associate role supports warehouse, printing, and production/finishing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will perform a mix of material handling, manual cutting, packing, loading, and general production tasks, including lifting and moving materials and assisting across different departments as needed.ResponsibilitiesSupport warehouse operations by picking, packing, and loading materials accurately and efficiently.Handle and move materials, including lifting items up to 65 lbs comfortably and participating in team lifts for heavier rolls and products.Assist in the printing area on an overnight schedule, including handling heavy rolls using team lifts and appropriate equipment.Perform production and finishing tasks on a daytime schedule, including folding, organizing, and preparing materials for shipment or further processing.Operate a variety of manual cutting tools such as scissors, electrical cutters, rotary cutters, and hot knives for cutting materials according to specifications.Float between different production areas as needed to support changing priorities and workload demands.Assist with banner installation tasks, including handling and moving heavier items as required.Use basic computer skills to support tasks such as checking work orders, labeling, or updating simple production or warehouse information as needed.Follow safety procedures and proper handling techniques when working with tools, equipment, and materials.Maintain a clean and organized work area to support an efficient and safe warehouse and production environment.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to clarify instructions, report issues, and ensure work is completed on time.3rd shift : Monday - Friday 8:00pm - 4:30amJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
