A valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license is essential. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience, with 10 years preferred for executive-level positions, and a strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, quality improvement initiatives, and exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
