The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of account plans and sales strategies to meet budgeted revenue and EBITDA targets. This role is pivotal in identifying and converting strategic business opportunities, as well as in the retention and growth of the customer base. The Vice President will also be tasked with introducing the company's portfolio of products and services across the customer matrix and must be adept at solution selling to demonstrate differentiating value and achieve higher margins. Collaboration with the Senior Vice President of North America is essential to drive the company's focus and strategies in the medium to long term. The role requires a strategic mindset, with the ability to plan and guide the organization to ensure a competitive market position.
