Senior Scientist, Allogeneic T-Cell Therapy Process Development

Overview In this role you drive development of clinical manufacturing processes for allogeneic CAR-T and TCR-T products. You will work within the Allogeneic T-Cell Therapy Process Development team to optimize and characterize processes and support tech transfer to cGMP operations. You’ll apply strong scientific judgment to scale up and improve culture, gene editing, and characterization methods, collaborating across functions to enable clinical manufacturing readiness. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented position with opportunities to mentor others and contribute to regulatory and development documentation.
