Proposals and interviews are often the first chapter in establishing partnerships and introducing our values, ideas, and experience. Additional in-office time may be required during active proposal deadlines. Mahlum supports flexible and remote work opportunities when project schedules allow.This is a non-exempt position with a targeted starting annual salary range of $65,000–$75,000 ($31.25–$36.06 per hour), depending on experience. Employees are eligible for discretionary bonus compensation in addition to base salary.
