Chief Financial Officer
Our client, a versatile manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations, including cost accounting, inventory valuation, production efficiency analysis, and supply chain financial risk management. The position will be responsible for high-level financial planning, budgeting, cash flow optimization, and strategic decision-making to improve profitability. Core ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Planning: Develop financial models for production cycles, raw material price fluctuations, and capacity expansion.Manufacturing Accounting: Oversee cost accounting, inventory controls, and plant performance reporting.Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory standards (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley), and manage insurance/contract risks.Cash Flow & Capital Management: Optimize cash flow, manage debt, and evaluate capital investments.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and KPIs like net profit margin and cash conversion cycle.Leadership: Direct the accounting team and collaborate with operational leaders to improve operational efficiency. Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.Experience: Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial manager in the manufacturing sector.Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of corporate finance, GAAP, cost accounting, and ERP software.Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
