Menswear Designer

A leading apparel company is seeking an experienced Designer – Men’s Outerwear & Bottoms to support seasonal product development. This is a hands‑on opportunity for a creative, detail‑oriented designer with a strong interest in men’s product and a passion for both design and technical execution.This role works closely with senior designers and supports the full development process—from initial concept and sketching through fittings, revisions, and samples.Responsibilities includeSupporting design development for men’s outerwear and bottoms, including silhouettes and color updatesCreating and maintaining tech packs, flats, BOMs, and supporting design documentationParticipating in fit sessions and tracking design changes throughout developmentAssisting with fabric and trim organization and development trackingCommunicating with vendors regarding lab dips, strike‑offs, and samplesHelping coordinate sample preparation and outbound shipmentsQualifications3–7 years of apparel design experience, preferably in men’s categoriesDegree in Fashion Design or a related fieldStrong Adobe Illustrator skills and working knowledge of ExcelSolid understanding of garment construction and technical designNice to haveFamiliarity with 3D design tools such as CLO or Browzwear
